About Naturality Wellness Centre

Our treatments are designed to find and eliminate the many causes of stress and dysfunction. Once the stressors are removed, your body’s natural healing ability will have the greatest chance to return you to a state of vibrant good health.

What we DO

Each of our practitioners has their own way of working, but the first thing they all do is listen carefully to what you have to tell them.

Once they have built a clear picture of your situation they will devise a plan for your treatment. Sometimes just one session will be all that’s needed, while other times a course of several treatments might be the best thing for you.

I felt perfectly safe and enormously helped

4.5 50 Kinesiology

My problem is arthritic knees; X-Rays show they reveal "severe degenerative change". Simon used kinesiology to test the strength of my muscles, explaining that they were not strong and not holding my skeleton in the right alignment, so bones were rubbing against bone.

He discovered the calcium I was taking, prescribed since my hip replacement 4 years ago was not particularly good quality and was not being absorbed into my bones.

He advised a seaweed-based one which was not expensive and has made a definite improvement to my sense of wellbeing. I feel life's energy is coursing through me again!

Very good value and I thoroughly recommend.

I went to see Simon King at the recommendation of my son whose RSI had been dramatically eased after two treatments following 3 years of pain every day. This has been maintained for some months now.

Fortunately, someone in our family used to practise kinesiology so I was familiar with it. If you are not, stand by for a very different experience! I felt perfectly safe and enormously helped.

I found Simon to be concerned, knowledgeable, thoughtful and hope he may be able to help me avoid a knee replacement operation. He will test every visit what is the most significant weakening factor in enabling my muscles and skeletal structure to function at their best.

The service is faultless

5 50 Colonic Irrigation • Paid: £50

The colonic treatment I received from Jane Eastoe was excellent. Her professional, polite and gentle manner was superb. The clinic has free parking just yards away and there are many natural products available to buy too. The room is welcoming, calm, warm and clean and the service is faultless. I have been a client for over two years and have always received the best advice and therapy. Jane's intuitive help has been such a blessing. She offers considerably more than just the colonic, never rushing the appointment, so you feel totally relaxed. Thank you. I wholeheartedly recommend Naturality Wellness Centre.

Colonic Irrigation (1 hour 30 mins)

Model of Large Intestine - Naturality Wellness Centre

he colonic treatment stimulates bowel activity by using the body’s natural nerve and muscular response mechanisms, so is essentially a natural treatment.

By using the body’s natural nerve and muscular activity colonic hydrotherapy may help to tone and exercise the bowel, thus aiding the evacuation of waste both during and after treatment.

We have a dedicated Colonic Hydrotherapy Website

Colonic treatment is used as a naturopathic modality and clients who choose this treatment include those who suffer from various bowel conditions. One of the best things about colonic hydrotherapy is that the benefits of the treatment are very personal to the client. This means that as a client you will know how you feel after the treatment. You won’t need to be influenced by anyone else.

Many people report an improvement in symptoms, and choose to have colonic hydrotherapy on a regular basis. Others wish to experience one treatment to see what it is like. In an ARCH survey, 96% of people consulting an ARCH practitioner would recommend the treatment. This shows an extremely high level of satisfaction.

Biography:

My BC (before children) years were spent at Art College in Nottingham, and working in a bespoke picture framing gallery.  My interest in health was always in the background, and finally I decided to embark on a 3 year course in Naturopathic Nutrition.  I sat my exam in June 2006, finally put together my thesis and final case studies and gained my qualification in 2007, and went into practice.

What we eat, when we eat it, how well we digest and absorb it, how we regulate and metabolise it and how we eliminate the resulting waste has a profound effect upon our health and well being.
In my practice, I found a common theme, digestive Upper GI and Lower GI tract disorders. What else was there to do, but to embark on the next stage, my Colonic Hydrotherapy training.

I trained with the National College of Colon Hydrotherapy. and registered with the Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists

I have found Colon Hydrotherapy for me personally, has put me into the great health bracket.  Wished I had discovered it BC (before children)!  Would have had heaps more energy to run around after my young children!
