Reflexology is a specialised form of foot massage that works on the principle that on the foot is a map of the human body.  By accessing these points it is possible to eliminate stress and tension throughout the body and alleviate many common ailments.

Happy Babies enjoy infant massage so join Calm Reflex and learn this ancient art.  Classes are held throughout the year on a 5 week basis at St Laurence Pastoral Centre, 173 Church Road, Northfield, Birmingham B31 2LX with the next series of classes starting on 18th June at 1.15 pm.  These relaxed classes include special themed rhymes for the older baby, toy area, soft carpeted area and the opportunity to meet Flora the Fish and socialise with other parents.  Baby massage is an excellent way to help your baby relax to a deep level improving the quality and quantity of sleep, help baby's :- health and wellbeing; body awareness, co-ordination and suppleness, circulatory system and is an excellent and fun way of spending special time with your baby and also offers a positive interaction in cases of post-natal depression. These classes are also offered on a one-to-one basis and why not provide the setting and host your own classes - the host gets their classes for half price.  Calm Reflex also conducts reflexology, indian head massage and energy massage treatments to people within the West Midlands area.

Colon hydrotherapy (colonic irrigation) is a body-based hydrotherapy treatment. During a colon hydrotherapy session, water is gently introduced into the large intestine through the anus in a controlled manner by a qualified therapist or self-administered under the guidance of a qualified therapist.  The purpose of colon hydrotherapy is to achieve the optimal bowel function through the restoration of fluid, matter and gas balance, removal of excess wastes and exercise to the large intestine for the benefit of assisting absorption, assimilation and elimination which is instrumental in maintaining health and wellbeing of the body and mind.
