Wicklow Tai Chi

Our treatments are based on the cultivation on the body's natural energy "Chi". This life force which occurs naturally and can be greatly enhanced by the regular practice of Tai Ch & Qi Gong. The benefits of increased Chi flow can greatly aid to recovery from a variety of ailments and can act as a preventative measure. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ideal as part of on going health management and are excellent treatments in the recuperation from illness and injury.
