Cleanse Within

I had colonic irrigation done by Lisa at Cleanse Within recently, mainly to see if it would help chronic bloating, indigestion & gas. It was my first time trying a colonic so naturally I was apprehensive going in to the clinic.

Lisa is lovely & really put me at ease, she explained everything & while the irrigation itself is a tad uncomfortable, her professional manner really helps. The clinic is well maintained & very clean. She had my towel warmed up, nice!

Lisa is an incredibly helpful and professional in her manner, she is the sort of person who goes out of her way to help you, and treat you in a direct and respectful manner.

I was treated for colonic hydrotherapy because I suffer from constipation. I definitely recommend it instead of using medication. The feeling of well-being is far more better and you see the positive result straight away. It sounds scary and painful but it's not. There is a little discomfort, 30 sec at the beginning and then everything goes well for one hour. It's worth it.

I select this clinic because it was first convenient regarding the price and the location compared to other.
Then the clinic was very reactive and answered my query very quickly .
Its website displayed all the information I needed so the first impression I got was very good.
The treatment was beyond of what I expected.
I felt very good from inside and slept like a baby .
Since that day, I do not complain about the constipation

even if you don't feel like you need a colonic, seriously, just get one anyway. i know it sounds mad, but i actually had fun. she removed things that had been in there for longer than i care to know, and her efficiency left me not needing a second session.
