She started her studies in Faculty of Medicine at Ankara University and I graduated with honors in 2001.
She started studies in Faculty of Medicine at Dokuz Eylul University at Izmir graduated with honors in 2001. After graduation I started my specialty training in Aesthetics, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Izmir Ataturk Training and Research Hospital. After her training, from 2007 to 2010, she worked as a surgeon in Denizli Sate Hospital until 2010.
Assoc. Prof. Irkoren is also one of the 5 doctors in Turkey who are capable of migraine surgery.
