(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.

I flew 10 hours to do this surgery and I’m so happy and thankful to Dr.Mehmet and his team for his wonderful service. It’s been 7 months since my surgery and the results are amazing! I did the hairline and crown I’m so happy with the results and the cost was 2500€ including the hotel and transportation fees. This is one the best clinics in Turkey so if you are suffering from hair loss I recommend you go see Dr.Mehmet and his wonderful team ❤️ I wanna say thank you to Dr.Mehmet and everyone who helped me in Istanbul including his wonderful team of surgeons for this amazing experience! So happy about that result! I was so unsure and afraid because never did that before. The clinic and the team there is more than excellent! All my worries are flown and I want to plan my next trip there.
