Biography:
Dr. Angel Tobar-Losada MD. earned his medical degree at the University General Monterrey Specializing in General Surgery and Laparoscopy, a graduate of Christus Muguerza High Specialty Hospital of Monterrey. Subspecialty in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive graduate of Jalisco Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Guadalajara, Mexico with Dr. José Guerrero Santos, renowned master teacher in plastic surgery. Certified by the Mexican Council of General Surgery and by the Mexican Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic. President of the Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Northeast 2008-2009. Member of the Mexican Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic. Member of the American Association of Plastic Surgery. Member of Northeast Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and member of the International Asociation of Hair Restoration Surgery.
