I chose Dr. Krishna out of about 15 doctors because he is a professional, and you can see that in his profile. Dr Krishna and his team make sure everything runs smoothly. Very good and persistent communication beforehand with the doctor and his assistant. After accepting the price the first time, I agreed and bought flight tickets. The assistant was also happy to help me book a hotel. The day before the operation, blood was taken in the hospital, which looked very sterile and good, and some documents were signed. The operation was performed the next day and I can only say that this is more than 100% professionalism. But it's not just the doctor who does his job like a pro, the nurses are great too. I can absolutely say that you are not a number here. After the operation, things are done and done well. If you can talk, you will be helped and if you can't, you make yourself understood. The hospital is not too loud, the staff are respectful and not intrusive or annoying, and you are not forgotten here. You won't be processed here, either. You are a human being here. There are further visits from the doctor during aftercare and I can only say that you are not abandoned even after the operation. You are just as valuable as you were before the operation. I am still in the healing process, but I can already see that Dr. Krishna's surgery is having an effect. Even if you come to him as a new patient, you can also talk to him and the staff using translation apps.

I found the people at the reception really sensible and responsible too. I have had good reviews about the doctor on the Internet as well as in person at the hospital. Professional work was done. The staff at the hospital were also caring. I would suggest emphasising an explanation into what should be expected and what has to be done post-procedure along with an explanation of the procedure. Like for example, the garment that has to be worn 24/7, the importance of lymphatic massages etc. This would be more professional and would be helpful to bear in mind before even anyone thinks of travelling to do a procedure. Overall I am pleased with the service, cost and care provided..

I went to DHI Delhi on 27th October 2021. I am 26 and have Norwood 3 vertex hair loss. I have thin hair in the front, middle, and top of my head. I wanted to get a hair transplant in all three regions. The surgeon asked me not to get a hair transplant in the middle because I still had much hair there. He also told me that any transplant in the middle would hurt the existing hair in the long run. Hair transplant clinics charge money based on the number of grafts required. Instead of recommending me to get more grafts, they rather persuaded me to get less. They put my welfare above their profit and I am really thankful to them for that.
