My initial contact with Zoe was professional and courteous, answering all my questions and booking an appointment with their consultant that suited my needs. I met with Sam who explained the full process and expectations of having a hair transplant, having experienced the treatment himself years earlier at the clinic.
Dr Allam was approachable and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the treatment as did all the staff who took the time to offer post-operative care and support. I would highly recommend Hair Transplant Australia if you're seriously considering having a fuller head of hair. It is a huge decision to make and the care and positive outlook provided by all staff at HTA is key to a successful recovery.
