This clinic is great. They supported us with egg donation treatment (after experiencing a few clinics in the UK). We managed to successfully conceived our first daughter through ifv in London a few years ago (my husband has azoospermia due to chemotherapy (we had frozen samples) and I am a poor respondent to ivf stimulation drugs). After a couple of expensive failed attempts in the UK, we finally decided that egg donation was our best bet. In the UK the waiting time is long (9 months) and treatment expensive. We thought since we were going to spend 10 days on holiday in Crete, we could combine it with treatment while we were there. And that's why we chose this clinic. A bit of a leap of faith, but... as soon we found out, the service from the team at IVF Greece are second to none, the cost is much more economical than in the UK, and being on holiday while treatment, made it very stress free. The only challenging part was to get all the tests done in the UK remotely. I had to search and find private labs and clinics willing to work with me.
Lovely Shirley, our Patient Coordinator was with me through every step of the way remotely and in person during the 10 days we spent in Crete. Her instructions were detailed, clear and was always there for any questions and support. Remote treatment from the UK is challenging considering all the tests/prescriptions required. I had to use private clinics that were willing to work with me without GP referral. Once in Crete, Shirley and the team took full care of me. Nothing was rushed or trouble. Their friendly, positive, calm and personalized support was very helpful during an otherwise fairly stressful time. I am very grateful I have found them. Unfortunately our cycle did't work (ivf is a bit of a lottery, isn't it?) but we are planning to go back again for another round - we really trust their expertise and want to have another chance with them
