Medicine degree from the University of Toronto in 1978. He completed his specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Manitoba in 1982. He was a fellow of the Medical Research Council of Canada between 1982-1986 and obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1986. He went to the Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia to learn In Vitro Fertilization technology in 1986. He returned to Ontario to practice medicine with a major component of his practice devoted to infertility treatment. He joined the Peel Memorial Hospital which later amalgamated with the Etobicoke General hospital to become the William Osler Health System and continue to be an active staff member. He was the Chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of these hospitals from 1995-2005

Graduated from Cairo University medical school where he also obtained a clinical Master's Degree and clinical Medical Doctoral Degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.He then subspecialized in fertility and IVF and helped launch a fertility centre in Cairo, Egypt as well as Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In Canada, he went through residency training at University of Toronto and attended his Royal College fellowship. He also obtained a Master's Degree of Bioethics from University of Toronto. Dr. Farid Abdel-Hadi is on staff at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Queen's University.

Received her BSc. in 1978 form Concordia University in Montreal; this was followed by a MSc. in reproductive biology from McMaster University in Hamilton in 1981. Medical school was completed in 1985 at the University of Western Ontario and then a fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of Toronto in 1990. An International Fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology was obtained in 2003. Dr. Davis was on staff at Toronto East from 1990 until 2001, as well as Hospital for Sick Children from 1990 until 2003 where she was acting chief between 1999 and 2003. Dr. Davis is currently on staff at the Scarborough Hospital Birchmount Campus since 2006 and Peterborough Regional Health Centre since 2004. Dr. Davis has written numerous articles and research papers that have been published in National and International journals, as well as primary author and contributing author for several National Guidelines. She has served on the SOCG Social and Sexual Health Issues committee since 1999 and writes monthly for The Canadian Journal of Diagnosis over the past ten years.
