Very good clinic with Dr Jonathan Kong, an expert in ENT. Good service with a thorough examination, and appropriate prescription for blocked Eustachian tubes. The reception and dispensary are very well managed and thoroughly well organised. Very good hospital.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Kemal Uslu about a week ago, and even though it’s still early, I can already say the experience has been amazing. From day one, both he and his assistant guided me through every step, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I knew what to expect. I followed his detailed instructions before and after surgery, and it made the whole process so much easier. Today, after getting my cast removed, my nose is still a little swollen but already looks exactly how I hoped it would. Dr. Kemal and his team were kind, professional, and always made me feel comfortable. He really listened to my wish for a natural result and achieved it perfectly while also fixing my breathing issue during the operation. I’m genuinely thankful for his care and precision, if I had to choose again, I’d go with Dr. Kemal Uslu without hesitation.

On a chance, I rang this clinic to get a blood culture test as no other doctor could refer me. Dr. Adel Bugtur, a dermatologist, came on the phone, and I got an appointment to visit him at the polyclinic in no time. He asked me from the beginning what my problem was and how long I have been suffering "skin infections." He told me he loves a challenge, so I had blood tests/swabs taken and a nasal sample to find out what infection is causing me to have repeated sores and ulcers for the last 8 years. I felt he really cared and listened in great detail, looked at my photos from my infections. The staff, Jessica and Julia, were very nice and attentive. A fine clinic, very clean and welcoming. He carried out tests and presented me with a diagnosis, prescribing medication to fix the issue. I highly recommend his clinic and wouldn’t hesitate visiting him again should the condition return.

I’ve written a number of reviews about my experience at Vida and with Dr. Juan Carlos Fuentes but I don’t think I’ve written one for whatclinic. Here are my thoughts… the pre-surgery preparation information was very thorough. The post-surgery instructions were detailed and the recovery floor for 10 days was quiet, and healing, and the staff were so kind. I am a vegetarian and the recovery floor staff made so many delicious meals! Thank you! I am not aware of the same quality of care pre and post-surgery in the United States. The anesthesiologist was the best I’ve met. The doctors there work together like a team , and have for many years.So the anaesthesiologist had worked with Dr. Fuentes many times I imagine,and that is good. Vida is lovely, clean, and beautiful. The surgery area is similar in quality to the United States. Dr. Juan Carlos Fuentes, I think the surgeries you do are your drawings that you transfer into surgery procedures, especially faces. You made my face and neck and eyes beautiful to me when I look in the mirror.You are gifted and kind. For any future procedures, I’ll return to Vida Wellness and Beauty and your skilful hands.
