Dr. Murat Enöz Is the most humble but also one of the most professional aesthetician doctor will I say in Istanbul. He has unique expertise with repairing botched noses and know exactly what he does. I had my 3th revision rhinoplasty with him this October 2022. Dr. Murat Enöz helped me getting my nose and my psyche back, due to last year in September 2021 when I got botched by another rhinoplasty doctor in Istanbul who made my nose a nightmare with stone hard nose- tip, deviated nose bridge and he harvested too much cartilage from my rib. He build my nose up again from the bottom with new collom cadaver rib grafts between my nostrils and alar. He moved and filled down my to broad nose bridge and made my nose straight and beautiful! He’s secretary Ecem was so helpful with booking and helped me with organising the surgery. After the 7 days, I had my cast off and the nose looked like a normal nose and marvellous! I couldn’t be happier. He prescribed to me antibiotics creams, sterile salt water, and rinsed the blood clots inside my nose before trip home. I learned is that he is proud of he’s profession and make proud in giving us patients the best noses. I am happy to provide pictures of my new nose if someone is interested.

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) is the primary safe approach used currently for the surgical treatment of chronic sinusitis. This procedure is a minimally invasive, safe and it can be performed entirely through the nostrils, leaving no external scars. There is little swelling and only mild discomfort. It can be combined with other nasal operations (septoplasty, turbinate radiofrequency etc.). A recently developed alternative to functional endoscopic sinus surgery is balloon sinuplasty. This technique uses balloon catheters to dilate the maxillary, frontal, and sphenoid natural ostia without bone or soft-tissue removal. Reports show persistent patient symptom improvement and sinus ostia patency. The most common indication for endoscopic sinus surgery is “chronic rhinosinusitis”.The most common indications for endoscopic sinus surgery are as follows:• Chronic sinusitis refractory to medical treatment • Recurrent sinusitis • Nasal polyposis • Antrochoanal polyps • Sinus mucoceles • Excision of selected tumors • Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak closure • Orbital decompression (eg, Graves ophthalmopathy) • Optic nerve decompression • Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) • Choanal atresia repair • Foreign body removal • Epistaxis control There are probably no absolute contraindications to endoscopic sinus surgery. The most common relative contraindications for endoscopic sinus surgery are as follows: • Absence of specific osteomeatal complex abnormalities. • Oesteomyelitis involving the sinuses. • Frontal sinus disease with stenosed internal ostium. • Threatened intracranial and / or intracerebral complications. • Inaccessible lateral frontal sinus disease. The care I received from Mr. Hari and his team at Nuffield Hospital Shrewsbury has been excellent. I originally booked an appointment due to having one abnormally large tonsil and recurring sore throat, with the NHS saying I didn't meet their criteria for referral to a specialist. From the first consultation through to the eventual tonsillectomy, Mr. Hari was always very friendly in his approach and clear in explaining what the options were He fully involved me in the decision-making process for my care and I never felt under any pressure. On the day of my tonsillectomy, the care and support from Mr. Hari and the team at the Nuffield Hospital were flawless - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help me. The procedure itself was carried out quickly and without any issues. Mr. Hari came to see me the morning after my surgery and gave me a direct number to contact him in case I had any issues or questions. He also called me on the weekend to check on my progress which was very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Hari or the Nuffield Hospital Shrewsbury.
