Had a mole removal, sent a photo across for a quote, was booked in the following week, the doctor and staff where friendly and knowledgeable, went through all my concerns and options with possible risks. Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.
Excellent service was seen within 5hrs of making query. I have a skin condition that spreads to and blocks the ear I was let down by 2 other clinics as they were not confident in dealing with my condition. However EarwaxDoc had no issue in understanding and clearing my ear which has reduced days of anxiety. Would recommend to anyone.
I booked a Spirometry test for the next day at a time that suited me, and for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I saw James for the test and he was thoroughly professional and personable. He explained what the test was for and how it would be carried out. I had the results in pdf form by email within minutes of the test being completed, and was able to email them straight to my doctors to assist them in making a diagnosis. I would definitely use YPC Health again, and would certainly recommend them based on my experience.
