Having been in agony when my knee gave way I spoke to the doctor but had no appointment so I rang Portland the receptionist was great very reassuring and made me an appointment with Adam. I have seen him once so far and he was great explained what was wrong and the best course of action. I came out feeling so much better than someone actually cared.

Also, recommendations for a brace which should improve the situation he finds himself in, came out much more positive than when he went in as feeling very depressed.
