Dr Lewis acted calmly and with great authority when I called her when my daughter was taken ill in March 2020. My 11-year-old daughter had developed a very worrying cough and was very poorly. My local NHS GP would not see her or prescribe antibiotics and told me coldly that my child should be put in isolation for 14 days and wait and see what happens? Everyone with her symptoms was being treated as if they had Coronavirus and would not listen to the fact that she had pre-existing chest problems and had bronchitis many times in the past and ended up in the hospital.

I could not accept this and called Dr Lewis she listened carefully and took full control of the situation. Her surgery was closing at 1pm and I could not get there before 1.30 yet when I arrived she had all the medicines packaged and waiting for me in a separate place even after they had closed I gave my daughter her pumps and antibiotics within two hours of making a phone call to Dr Lewis. Alice is now recovering well thanks to Dr Lewis's fast action and knowledge. I can totally recomend Surrey GP Dr Lewis even phoned to see how Alice was in her own time. A great Dr you can trust and rely on. Thank you, Dr Lewis, from all our family.

Acute pain right hip.
Immediately [on a Saturday ] x-ray arranged, 1/2 hr later at local hospital; followed by radiologist report on Monday and consultant appointment, within 3 days. Exceptional!

Clinic very well appointed [only criticism, totally no male interest, news, sports magazines]. Terrific, efficient organisation from practice manager, in all respects [SMT about appointments, almost instantaneously whilst on telephone], very friendly and welcoming.
Only matched by speed, friendliness and efficiency of Dr. R. Lewis.

Both my ears were completely blocked and I was unable to book an early appointment with my GP. Surrey GP saw me within 24 hours and syringes my ears. Problem solved!

I saw Dr. Rachel Lewis because I had a respiratory problem for a long time. She immediately noted my symptoms and referred me to a specialist. After many months of seeing other doctors I have finally have relief and I feel considerably better as a result of her diagnosis and of her diligence in checking my medical history.

My experience was excellent. I chose this clinic because I had the chance to meet Dr. Lewis many years ago when she saw my Mother, since then I have a very best impression of her professional skills. In addition the atmosphere of SurreyGP is very welcoming and friendly.

Had a fungal rash on my left hip, The Doctor prescribed a suitable cream which cleared the problem in a few days. The Doctor I saw was a locum and she had a friendly approach and I would have no reservation about seeing her again.

I use the clinic to have an annual medical. The Doctor is always approachable.
She has a comfortable way of working and she inspires confidence. The clinic has a friendly atmosphere and all the staff are attentive and the telephone is always answered promptly and appointments are usually available at a time convenient to you.

I took my 17month old son for his first (of 2) chicken pox injections.
Although chicken pox is seen as childhood disease with minimal harm, I chose to have my son vaccinated due to the added stress and pressure it would cause our family if he was to be ill for 1-2 weeks, as it would mean unpaid leave from work.
The price of the 2 injections is much lower than 1-2 weeks off work and paid but unused nursery fees.

I was recommended SurreyGP by fellow mum who had taken her little one for the same reason. It was easy to book and get an appointment at relatively short notice - far easier than getting a normal GP appointment at my usual surgery.
You are provided with very clear and helpful information on arrival, parking, location and where to go once inside. Especially helpful was the info on there not being space / buggy accessibility.
There was a friendly welcome, a very short wait in the waiting room, a very kind and efficient female doctor. The doctor took me through a family history, any concerns I had, the potential (unlikely) side effects and then did the injection. My son recovered very quickly from the surprise of the injection and was given a sticker for being so brave.

Wonderful service by Dr Lewis kind extremely experienced and able to there and then talk to consultants, lab test technician ect and start getting things sorted. The office service with reports, appointments also excellent
