I booked a Spirometry test for the next day at a time that suited me, and for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I saw James for the test and he was thoroughly professional and personable. He explained what the test was for and how it would be carried out. I had the results in pdf form by email within minutes of the test being completed, and was able to email them straight to my doctors to assist them in making a diagnosis. I would definitely use YPC Health again, and would certainly recommend them based on my experience.
I have never written a review all my life. I have my own reasons though. I could not wait to share my experience with this chemist when I went there yesterday 25th November 2021. The environment was superb. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and polite. The pharmacist dealt with me. She knows her job really well, was patient and calm and very respectable. I have been seeing Dr Murray for over 2 years now and she is an amazing doctor. She not only looks after my physical health but my holistic health. I have a painful condition called fibromyalgia and I always feel heard and she can’t do enough to help me. She always greets me with a big smile and is very empathetic. It is a relief to come to Dr Now after struggling to get appointments at my NHS practice and not always being treated with respect at the front desk. It is very much good value for money as I see Dr Murray every 2 weeks as a member and the receptionists are friendly and helpful.
