Dr Roy Melamed is an experienced General Practitioner with special interests in Chest Medicine, Cardiology and Dermatology. He has worked in various UK Hospitals up to medical registrar level before switching to General Practice and running his own NHS surgery for 16 years. He still runs some NHS locum clinics but has switched to the private sector almost 3 years ago.
Dr Melamed is trained to administer joint injections (e,g. for conditions such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, knee pain etc.)
Dr Melamed has been trained in administering treatment for migraines and has successfully treated patients in his clinics in Braintree, Chelmsford, Maldon and in Harley Street.
Dr Melamed administers Botolinum for excessive sweating (mainly underarms but also any other affected area).
