Home visits are arranged if the patient is home bound or disabled. Services offered include NHS general health examinations for men, women and child patients, the management and monitoring of patients with chronic health conditions, child and adult immunizations and travel vaccinations, maternity care, minor surgical procedures, family planning assistance, the services of a midwife, smoking cessation assistance and non NHS health examinations and certification.
