Paula qualified as an adult nurse in 2009 at the University of Teeside and since then she has worked in a variety of NHS acute care settings such as Trauma & Orthopaedics, Medicine, Surgery and Elderly Care.

Paula has a wealth of experience by working in community settings including children’s services 0-19 team and district nursing. Paula also has recently obtained a public health practitioner qualification.

Paula is qualified in anti-ageing injections, dermal fillers, vampire facials and hair loss procedures through training at a prestigious London based Aesthetic clinic. She is continuing her training in other specialist Aesthetic procedures and looking forward to adding more services at RAD Clinics.

As well as offering Aesthetics services Paula assists the MSK and imaging sessions and helps with the day to day running of RAD Clinics. In her spare time Paula continues to work as a Nurse in the NHS community services.

Katrina qualified as an Adult nurse in 2009 from the University of Northampton.

Katrina worked for several years in a busy NHS Trauma & Orthopaedics department and then spent time as a day case surgical Nurse. Since then Katrina has worked in a variety of acute care settings such as medicine, urology and surgery.

Currently Katrina is working in a community rehabilitation hospital helping patients reach their full potential.

Katrina is qualified in anti-ageing injections, dermal fillers, vampire facials and hair loss procedures through training at a prestigious London based Aesthetic clinic. She is continuing her training in other specialist Aesthetic procedures and looking forward to adding more services at RAD Clinics.

Vijay is a highly experienced Physiotherapist and Sonographer with more than 22 years of experience in scanning and managing Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Vijay has a special interest in ultrasound-guided injections for pain management and fine needle aspirations. Vijay is an independent prescriber and performs more than 3000 ultrasound guided injection procedures yearly.

Vijay started as a Physiotherapist and progressed in his career by excelling through a number of clinical and academic achievements in the MSK speciality and sonography over many years. Vijay also has undertaken several clinical and team lead roles for MSK services in the NHS and private hospitals in the East Midlands. Through his experience gained from several orthopaedic extended-scope triage roles, Vijay has developed a unique knowledge of pain management for MSK conditions that do not require surgery.

Vijay has completed a Master’s Degree in Medical Ultrasound at the Centre for Ultrasound Studies, Bournemouth University. Vijay is still one of less than 4 Physiotherapists in the world to train in fundamental components of sonography such as abdominal, head/neck, small parts, lumps/bumps and musculoskeletal ultrasound and he is actively practicing sonography in both NHS and private hospitals currently.

Vijay prides himself in helping patients whom are suffering with pain and have failed other conservative treatments. Through his academic knowledge and diverse clinical skills Vijay stands out as a highly experienced MSK specialist and sonographer in the country. He offers the most effective and advanced “one stop appointment” that includes physical assessment, scan, diagnosis, injection (if needed) and report in just one visit.

Dr Beck is a highly skilled General Specialist Radiologist with extensive experience of working in both NHS and private healthcare settings.

Dr Beck has more than 30 years postgraduate experience in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology/Imaging, having qualified at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Dr Beck also has numbers of years of experience as a General Practitioner (GP) before specialising as a Radiologist and he has worked in countries such as South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Dr Beck’s skills and experience include CT/X-sectional Imaging, plain films and Ultrasound for musculoskeletal, general abdomen/renal, small parts, head & neck, breast imaging, lumps/bumps and vascular conditions. Dr Beck is also specialised in ultrasound guided interventional procedures such as core biopsies, fine needle aspiration and guided MSK pain management procedures.

Dr Beck has managed busy imaging practices and departments in the past and brings his wealth of experience to our imaging team as a Clinical Director. Dr Beck is currently available for medical ultrasound consultations at our Milton House clinic in Aylesbury.

Mr Sharma is a highly experienced dentist with over 27 years of experience in the field of Dentistry. Mr Sharma completed his postgraduate residency in Dentistry in 2000. He has since worked as a Specialist Dentist and University Lecturer in different parts of the world. 

After working for 10 years as a specialist in Dubai, Mr Sharma moved to the United Kingdom in 2013 and has since worked in different NHS and private health care settings. Besides his focus on Special Care and Paediatric Dentistry for which he works in the East Midlands and London NHS services. Mr Sharma has a special interest in the management of sleep apnoea and myofascial problems that can lead to chronic headache and jaw pain. Mr Sharma also has a special interest in facial ageing with minimally invasive interventions and was trained in providing anti-ageing treatments at a prestigious London based facility.
