So I went without a high expectation; I just wanted to get it over with. However, as soon as I talked to him, he explained the nature of illness meticulously I started to calm down knowing that I would be in safe hands. The way he spoke made me feel welcomed as if he had known me all his life and never once spoke condescendingly. His skills were top-notch so I started to believe my condition was treatable after all; the entire procedure of haemorrhoid banding was PAINLESS. For once in my life I wanted my next clinic appointment to arrive sooner rather than later! Plus points: clinic looked bright and spotless + counter staff were very polite
