I cannot recommend Luke in Kilkenny Hypnosis highly enough, I saw Luke last July 2019 for weight loss and my chocolate and Sweets addiction! I had tried so many different diets and nothing ever worked, so this was the last resort for me. to be honest, I was very sceptical, I cannot describe my first visit with Luke, I wanted to give up chocolate, crisps, deserts, and anything sweet, I came out of my first visit with Luke like my brain was reset and restarted. And to my huge surprise 14 months later and I still have not eaten any of the above, I did not find it hard at all to give them up, it was like they never existed and I had zero longings for them.
