Dr. Ines Rodriguez was lovely. I was visiting Dublin from the US and became ill. Dr. Rodriguez was knowledgeable, diligent, and compassionate. She followed up the following day and on receipt of my test results. This was better service than I receive from my own GP at home.

I would like to say a big Thank you to Dr. Eman Ali from Custom house medical. She is not only an amazing professional with a lot of knowledge but also lovely and easy to speak with. She helped me in the diagnosis of a serious health condition and because of her knowledge and care, I am now in good health. It is very rare to find a doctor that combines such care for a patient with outstanding knowledge and quality of medical care. I highly recommend her and the entire team from this clinic, they are all amazing.

I had very painful hemorrhoids treated at the surgery. Given the issue getting worse over the weekend it was a great relief to be able to book online out of office hours for the following Monday morning. Peter treated me with such respect as clearly, I was embarrassed about my ailment. He also performed a minor incision to remove a blood clot which, albeit was very painful but was done extremely quickly and provided immediate relief. I would highly recommend the surgery, online booking experience, and Peter as a Doctor. The service was well worth the price also and the minor procedure was covered by my medical insurance which the surgery claimed directly on my behalf.

I visited for a follow up appointment 5 days after my first one due to gynecological problems and possible infection. Symptoms had remained and worsened hence why I wanted the follow up appointment.

Poor. Called twice and emailed doctor twice before getting a response about a follow up appointment, which I did manage to get, and was charged an additional €40 for, I know there is usually a follow up charge but 5 days later with the same symptoms, forty seems like a lot. The doctor didn't explain much to me, no more advice than to see a specialist and take painkillers, seems like a very easy 40, left more upset than I was going in.

Treatment was very good. Peter was very professional and put me at ease.

It was perfect for me as it was open before work at 7am - managed to speak to the Dr about a few things and also got a smear and STI test done. However I have not recieved my results yet and I have emailed twice. The price was correct.

I have just started my treatment, one for the depression and it's only been three days since I've started taking the medication and I can already see some changes, which is good. I had to do a blood test to check other problem I have and I'm still waiting to get the results, I'll contact the doctor tomorrow and we'll see what he has to say.

My treatment was very thorough and professional. Dr Pau Castell-Montrull was very professional and polite and there was no BS which is rare and refreshing.
