Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) (e.g. Ulcerative Colitis, Chron's Disease Coeliac disease Constipation Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux Disease (GORD) Suspected food intolerances At the Gut Health Clinic, we tailor our interventions to suit your specific needs, guiding you through dietary and lifestyle changes that effectively manage your condition.
How it works: Each consultation includes a comprehensive assessment and a thorough review of your medical history, gut symptoms and bowel habits, lifestyle factors, dietary intake and eating habits. We'll also address any barriers or challenges to create a program that suits you best. Initial appointments are approximately 60 minutes long, followed by 30-minute review appointments as needed. Typically, appointments are scheduled 4 weeks apart, but we customize the timing to match your unique journey. At the end of each consultation, your dietitian will collaborate with you to design a personalized plan, incorporating practical strategies discussed during the session and providing necessary supporting resources. The focus is on complementing your journey, experiences, symptoms, and life. What's involved and how much does it cost? We offer both face-to-face and online (zoom) appointments, with flexible daytime and evening options.
An initial virtual consultation is €135, lasting up to 60 minutes, followed by review appointments at €80 for 30 minutes. We also offer a package deal, combining the initial and follow-up consultations, priced at €190, saving you €25 compared to booking the sessions individually. If you're interested in the Diet-Hypno Programme, it costs €495, a €120 saving versus booking the sessions individually. You can claim back a portion of the Programme cost from your healthcare provider. The amount you can claim will depend on your plan.
