Waiting time to get to talk to reception to make an appointment, shameful to say the least. 20 minutes at best not acceptable I think. Doctors and nurses very efficient and caring but must improve reception phone service as a matter of urgency.
Dr. Got me off almost all tablets I was on for years for pain. I am so happy...Waiting time is usually from 2-10 minutes, which is fab..If your own Doctor is busy on the day,, the girls will arrange another doctor if that suits, everyone is so nice there.:):)
General - Have been a patient 30 years Very busy clinic. Difficult to get an appointment with the same doctor. No continuous care.
