Hello everyone, I don't know too much about medical procedures, but Dr. Ashraf is incredibly kind. I had surgery with him, and I didn’t feel anything—no pain at all. Dr Amr Kotb is very helpful and kind. I had a second-degree burn from boiling water. He reassured me and treated me all for a whole 2 months and I recovered well we are doing laser and peeling sessions for the remaining slight discolouration. The clinic is amazing and the staff was super helpful. I recommend this clinic to everyone staying in Cairo, Egypt.

He and his team were great and he did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. He kept me calm during all of my appointments and afterwards.
