Imaging Central

Dr Mark Hamlin is a radiologist and medical director of Imaging Central and a director and consultant for PainSense. Dr Hamlin was awarded the MGF Donnan Prize in 2006 by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR). The award is the highest accolade for examinations in Pathology during the fifth year of specialist training. He has also previously examined radiology exam candidates in the subject of Pathology since he graduated with distinction in this area of medicine. Pathology is the study of diseases and is paramount in the field of diagnostic and interventional radiology. Dr Hamlin underwent his medical school and radiology training in Auckland, New Zealand. He relocated to Perth in 2008 to work in corporate radiology as an abdominal and interventional radiologist (Hollywood Private Hospital and St John of God Hospitals).

Dr Wong graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1998 and undertook his radiology training in Singapore, obtaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) in 2006. He was appointed as a clinical tutor with the School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Dr Wong relocated to Perth in 2009 and completed a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging. In 2010 he completed Fellowships in Musculoskeletal MRI and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. He was also awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists. Dr Wong has held previous Consultant Radiologist appointments with St John of God Hospital Subiaco/Murdoch and Hollywood Private Hospital. He is currently also a Consultant Radiologist at Royal Perth Hospital in the Musculoskeletal division.

Dr Abraham completed his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 2006 before relocating to the University of Ottawa (Canada) where he completed a Fellowship in cardiac Imaging, and Clinical Investigator Fellowship of the University of Ottawa. He then did a Fellowship in Cardiac MRI at the National Institute of Health, Bethesda U.S.A. Dr Abraham has completed fellowship training in Cardiac CT, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology including PET, and a Fellowship in Cardiac MRI from the National Institute of Health. Dr Abraham is Level B certified in Cardiac CT in Australia and New Zealand and is certified as a trainer, and also holds American Board Certifications in cardiac CT, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. Dr Abraham is a consultant cardiologist at Royal Perth Hospital with appointments in both cardiology and radiology, and a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Western Australia.
