I am so pleased with this clinic. Same day appointment and treatment. It was really amazing. The customer service was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The staff are all nice, and with Dr. Assim I just got super lucky, she's amazing. Would really recommend!

First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence.

However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly.

The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

I had an unsightly lipoma on my ankle and was quoted an astronomical sum by a local hospital to remove it.

I was impressed by the friendly Harley Street Healthcare clinic and had a same-day consultation and removal.

The surgeon and assistant were very patient and did an outstanding job. My wound was very neat and healed perfectly.

I would definitely recommend them for any such dermatology procedures. It saved a great deal of money, and the experience could not have been better.

Good service for mole removal. After no small amount of searching for removal of my daughter's nose mole, many clinics refused to remove a mole from a 15-year-old, or advised waiting, or for some reason won't do it. London Dermatology did the job quickly and efficiently. It did cost a bit more compared to some, at £499, but after the frustration of a long search, any excess was worth it.

The worst experience I've had so far. I've had acne for 8 years and has now gotten to the point that it is making me feel so down. I had an appointment booked for 12.40 and did not get seen until 2:25. When I was finally seen, the doctor spoke to me for 5 minutes, didn't even look at my skin at all and gave me two options for treatment. She then told me I had to get two blood tests done and overall it would cost me £700, which is for the consultation and the blood tests. I was then told that the place I had to go to round the corner from the clinic to get the blood tests done was open until 6, we got there and they told us that they closed at 1 which was engraved in the wall next to the door. We went back and asked for our money back as the experience overall was just awful. We was given back £500 of the £700 as we still had to pay £200 for the consultation which took all of 5 minutes. The consultation wasn't even worth my time let alone £200.
Overall, I left my appointment lacking confidence and feeling completely knocked down. Save your money and time and find somewhere else.

Removal of a 40x20mm Lypoma. The removal was optional, as this kind of tumour is usually considered as benign and is not normally removed under the NHS unless it causes problems due to location, size or is painful. The charge was £700 and the the clinic waived the £165 consultation fee if the treatment was done the same day. I felt that this was pretty good value.

I recently discovered that I had a large fatty mass over my left shoulder blade while undergoing physiotherapy for a shoulder problem. My physio recommended that I get it checked, so I set up an appointment with Dr Charakida, and was seen the following week. Dr Charakida and her nurse were superb, giving prompt reassurance and a clear diagnosis of a large Lypoma. Dr Charakida gave me the option to either leave it alone or have it removed - there was no pressure to have treatment.

I opted to have it removed, and after a short painless thirty minute procedure, everything was complete. I was given clear instructions for after care, and everything was done with care for my well being.

I was suffering from a skin fungal infection which was also causing my eczema to flare -- prior to coming to the London Dermatology clinic, I had visited my GP over 6 times for treatments, all not successful. I was feeling so down about my skin, I thought there would be no cure and i'd be stuck with this horrible infection. I googled dermatology clinics in London, and this clinic was the first to pop up so I went for it. I would highly recommend going - i was seen to very quickly, and the doctor knew exactly what was wrong with me and within 10 mins I was out the door with my prescription. The doctor was so helpful in answering any questions i had, and I felt at ease.

Thank you Harley Street Healthcare!! I had a terrible cyst on my face which would not go - they have cut it out and the scar is hardly visible!

I had a sebaceous cyst removed by Dr Charakida. It was done on the same day as my consultation. My consultation was very informative and I felt everything was explained very well. My cyst was removed via the elliptical excision method where the dermatologist removed it with the sac in tact. I was surprised to see what a large cyst it was once it had been removed and now that it's gone I'm extremely happy with the results!!

The clinic was very clean and the staff were extremely professional. I would like to say a big thanks to Louise and Dr Charakida for making my procedure almost painless. I definately feel I was given a great service for the amount of money I paid. I know some people who have spent a lot more money than me to remove their cyst which was a lot smaller than mine.

My acne was flaring out of control and I was prescribed acne medication by the dermatologist. I had blood tests taken on the same day and was called in the evening to let me know that I was good to start the treatment. I have tried many treatments for my acne however they've not been long-lasting. I'm now in my 3rd month of treatment and my acne has cleared up by 90%.

I'm very happy with the clinic and would definitely recommend them, they took a very no-nonsense approach to me for my acne which I'm very pleased about. I feel the clinic definitely deserve 5 stars, they have a friendly team and were very fast at booking me in - I was booked in on the same day as I called. Big thanks to the team for helping me clear up my acne!

I have psoriasis which i'v been suffering with for the past 5 years. I really wanted to get rid of my psoriasis as I found it difficult to go out of the house wearing t shirts, and my confidence was very low.

I really appreciate how quickly I was seen, the dermatologist was awsome and gave me a treatment plan which worked really well, I was given medication which my GP had never even considered. My psoriasis is now totally gone, and i'm in remission. I would certainly recommend this clinic and have already done so to my friends and family.
