Karen’s beauty career has spanned over 21 years in addition to bringing a wealth of sales, marketing & scientific experience she gained during her years in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Since opening her first small clinic in 2007, the business has expanded and become the No1 Salon in Staffordshire & Cheshire (Voted by Professional Beauty Magazine-2011, 2012, 2013 &2014) & is now situated in a beautiful Victorian Villa with 6 stylish treatment rooms. Karen is well known in the beauty industry and is a regular beauty speaker. She has made numerous guest appearances on Signal Radio in addition to writing beauty articles for magazines & the press. She also spends time educating the beauty therapists of the future through her work with the local beauty colleges. As well as heading up the Senior Education Team, she is the business Creative Director, which involves striving to find the latest Facial treatments & scientific skincare from around the world. Karen still performs treatments and also has various celebrity clients- TV Personalities, Radio presenters & Footballers wives. “I started this business with a vision to bring the latest, cutting edge treatments & scientific skincare ranges to Staffordshire & Cheshire. I use my passion for the beauty industry to drive up standards and provide our wonderful clients with the very best treatments available – I want them to leave the clinic looking & feeling fabulous!”- Karen

Lauren started her career in the beauty industry at Bespoke Skin Clinic, working closely alongside Karen Bowen. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the advanced skin treatments are the key factors of her having a large & loyal clientele list, which makes her very much in demand. Shellie’s career in Customer Services Roles has spanned over 25 years and includes large hotel chains and restaurants. She joined Bespoke Skin Clinic in 2012 & now works closely with the management team & therapists.
