The guys at Skin Clinic were absolutely brilliant. Very welcoming, gave me some very useful advice and treatments to try before I felt the need to have treatment there and even gave me a lift to the train station as my taxi was delayed in Storm Dennis! Lovely people and couldn’t recommend enough.

In March 2019 I came for an appointment with doctor Ejikeme where I was looking for a treatment that was actually going to harm my skin and not give me the long term benefit I was looking for. I learned things about my skin skincare and makeup ingredients that I was not even aware of. I embarked on a 6 skincare treatment before adding peeling and since then I have no issue going to work or being seen without makeup. Actually, I barely wear makeup although I buy more now :-). Thank you for teaching me patience and kindness towards my skin, stopping for looking for short term results vs longer terms. Thank you for adapting the service you provide to me based on my needs, thank you for not pushing me to buy something that will only benefit the decrease or my wallet vs my skin. I have a long list of things that still want to improve on my body and face but I’m 75% there. I look forward to every treatment I have to have in your clinic. Dr Ejikeme staff is the full definition of the diversity of including women’s of different cultures colour looking to uplift each other. Thank you, ladies.

Friendly, professional. I felt as ease from my first telephone conversation all the way through my treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic. I had 4 moles lasered and I’m very happy with the treatment and results.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease completely. I saw Dr Syed Mashhadi and Gabriella, and they were both amazing. They helped me with everything, told me what they were doing throughout, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were constantly checking on me and making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. Each time I came back, they recognised me and we had a chat about the previous appointment, which made me feel great. The receptionist (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also extremely kind and the whole surgery has a very warm and welcoming approach. When booking, the response time was very quick, and again they answered all of my questions very quickly and happily. I truly cannot put my recommendation of this clinic into words, it was beyond amazing for me! Thank you to all of those involved!

I've been going to Pure Aesthetics for around 7 years now and I have received nothing but great service and expertise. Both Helen and Rach who have both treated me, are professional, friendly and very skilled at what they do. I mainly see Rachel and she is always patient and listens to what I would like doing and advice me accordingly. I respect very much what she says to me as she is a professional. I would say that she has changed my life in that she has enabled me to vastly improve on my confidence when it comes to my appearance. The clinic is nicely tucked away but very easy to find. Wonderful service. Had a skin tag which was on my right groin area and was becoming irritated and itchy. In and out within an hour, fully removed and healing well! A wonderful lady who talked me through every step and made me feel comfortable and informed. The actual procedure hurt a little, but no more than getting a tattoo, and I already know I'm going to be so much more comfortable with it gone!
