Have been to many but I loved the way the treatment was handled and information and costs for another treatment I never knew about and will do soon. Absolutely was no pressure just wanted to let me know as was the awesome manner of the young man doing my treatment (so sorry forgot your name but 10/10 great customer service).
1st appointment from when l walked in the clinic l was warmly welcome by Samantha. My treatment with Samantha was excellent she explained everything to me as she was doing it l felt very confident and comfortable which l have never felt at other clinics. What a wonderful clinic. Dr Nigel Johnson is absolutely amazing. His knowledge and skills are just remarkable.Dr Johnson removed a squamous cell carcinoma on my neck. I’d previously been told by another GP that it was nothing to worry about, and he had removed it all. I went to Dr Johnson when the pathology report came back with narrow margins. I was horrified to find that the other GP had only done a shaving and it was still sitting there on my neck, especially as I have not long been through breast cancer. All the staff at the clinic are so lovely, polite and very capable. Everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I would highly recommend this clinic, I would give it 10 out of 10. My three grown up children are booking in to have their full body checks and we will all continue to make it a yearly ritual. Thank you Dr Johnson for your expertise. You and your clinic are simply amazing.
