Big thank you to the World Wide Hospital team to make my beautiful smile. I had a positive experience from the beginning to the end of my visit. The hospital provided transfers between airport and hotel, they also picked us up from the hotel for each appointment. All hospital staff were very friendly, Special thanks to the Hospital’s Customer Services Rep “Dep”, who was very supportive to us with any queries. My dentist Dr Nguyen Hoang Loc did a wonderful job. Not only has he fixed all my teeth, he created the best Hollywood smile which I always wanted. The hospital is very modern and has all the latest equipment and high hygienic standards.
I had a tooth extraction with this clinic on my trip to Vietnam because of a painful cavity on lower root after 3 days. My experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment and response time was good. I had an x-ray done with excellent consultation from staff. All that help were very patient and pleasant. Made me comfortable and was very professional. The lady that pulled my tooth was very good. I was well informed of procedures and the price before the extraction team performed the extraction. My situation was hard to save tooth as cavity was below the gums on the root of the tooth. X-ray confirmed by my consultation. The girl receptionist that handled check out was very kind and passionate. All in all, l was very pleased with the service l received and would come back most definitely. I would highly recommend Rose Dental Clinic for the professionalism they gave while I attended their clinic in Ho Chi Minh City in August 2023. The staff were always informative and friendly. I had 1 extraction - 1 filling - 2 root canals - 3 full ceramic Zirconia Crowns - 1 Implant Dentium - CT Scan - Cleaning. At all times the stuff and Doctor made me feel calm and relaxed while the procedures we're being done.. 5 Stars. Excellent.
They will try to sell you the Hollywood smile, which is great if you want one. Told him I was too old for this. Had 2 crowns fitted, a night guard made up (I grind my teeth at night) and a dental clean. The price was superb, the clinic and staff were excellent and professional. Would definitely use this clinic again.
