I have been a patient for about 18 years. My main problem in recent years has been gum disease, possibly related to medicine I was taking, and I was advised to see a specialist periodontologist. A course of private treatment would have been very expensive and the practice successfully referred me to Guy's Dental Hospital. That treatment has now finished and I have returned to the care of the hygienists at the practice. Regarding general dentistry, I have every confidence in the dentists there. To her credit, Laura Dinsdale did not agree recently with advice regarding the extraction of a tooth which had been recommended by Guy's and her advice was subsequently endorsed on my next visit to the Hospital. Well done Laura for standing your ground. I no longer live in Mid-Sussex but shall continue to use the practice whose receptionists have been very helpful in arranging appointments to accommodate my extra travel time.
I want to take this opportunity to say a big big thank you to Dr P. Khaki and his most caring team . I am Old and had just suffered from facial palsy, I only have a few teeth left, my denture no longer can fit into my mouth …I went to Avalon to see Dr Khaki as always he put me at ease, explained to me the situation and will design another denture for me. I am less stressed now.

I have been attending Crabtree Dental Practice now for approximately 30 years. I am a very nervous patient and have conscious sedation for extensive treatment and I feel extremely well looked after and comfortable. All staff are very friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door and I have never felt that they rush you but give you the time you need.to discuss any issues. I would give 10 stars if I could! I went into The Smile Gallery to have a few treatments in preparation for my wedding and from the moment I went in every member of staff was warm and friendly. I had by treatments by Dr Aak and assisted by Jade the Nurse - both are absolutely amazing! Everything was explained right down to the sensations you would feel with different treatments and pretty much pain-free. I have been to other practitioners over the years but I am so thrilled with my results and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
