Pallant Orthodontics - Chichester

I had to finally get my teeth sorted. Due to a history of bad dentists and me not feeling happy with the overall appearance of my teeth. I went to Pallant Orthodontics for a consultation, as well as a couple of others and chose Pallant for my treatment.

I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted. Also, they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble.

I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost and it was in line with other orthodontic practices.

The staff are friendly and helpful. No question is too silly, they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have.

The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed. I felt very much included and empowered with the process.

Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding and took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure. We did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally.

The practice is very modern, clean, contemporary. It's extremely professional and so are all the staff.

Due to gum problems and previous extractions, my teeth had reduced support and a tendency to "drift" especially on the very visible front ones - forcing me to hide their ugly appearance by keeping my mouth closed and giving me a degree of discomfort as a result of increased mobility of my teeth. Dr. Smith's plan was to use fixed braces to improve the alignment of my teeth and offer a more regular and pleasing look. Fixed braces were thought to be a more effective way (in my case) to wear for a year. The treatment has been not only a fantastic success but also very good value considering that the practice offers various payment plans. Finally and very important to me, I have kept my own teeth rather than the unenviable prospect of having to wear dentures!

A very smooth, successful and professional process. I was understandably somewhat apprehensive initially, but Dr. Smith and his entire team make you feel at ease, explaining your treatment clearly from start to finish. At Pallant Orthodontists, everyone is so friendly and cheerful that any anxiety soon disappears. But of course, The result was the most amazing moment - totally beyond my dreams! I couldn't have anticipated such a dramatic transformation.

I now have a new smile which in turn has given me back my confidence. I know that many reviewers have written similar comments but this is truly what the Pallant Orthodontics practice is all about – a personal approach. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I wanted my teeth to be sorted prior to my wedding as one of my front teeth was starting to poke out and it was bothering me. I went for a consultation last March with Nikki who went through the best options for me in the time frame I had and took photos/scans too. I had normal tracks on the top and bottom teeth in April 2016 and had attended sessions every 6 weeks for the bands on the brackets to be changed too. My braces were removed in May 2017 and I'm so pleased with the results! All of the team from the receptionists through to the ladies that carried out all my check ups are all lovely and put you at ease straight away. I would 100% recommend anyone to have treatment with Pallant. Alistair and his team are wonderful.

Everyone in this clinic has a truly outstanding manner with customer care from the moment you call or walk in the door through each visit to the end of treatment. At each appointment time and precision were taken to set up, maintain and discuss every step of the way. I would highly recommend Pallant Orthodontics for anyone considering treatment, their care alongside professionalism provided enhancement in every way.

My daughter had to have fixed braces for an overcrowded mouth. She was dreading this process and Alistair and the team made it very easy for her. She has gone from hating her teeth to loving them - and smiling all the time!

Alistair and his team allayed my daughter's worries from day one - and made the whole process clear, understandable and (almost!) enjoyable throughout the year and a half she wore her braces. They all manage to get the difficult balance of being professional while seeming very relaxed and friendly exactly right. We were kept informed at every stage and every question was answered in detail. If we had worries between appointments we were seen quickly and all care was taken to make sure that my daughter was comfortable and not afraid.

Wow! The team at Pallant Orthodontics are superb! They treated our daughter over 18months and the results have been outstanding. Our daughter now has the most amazing smile with super straight teeth. I couldn't recommend them enough!

My experience was extremely positive. My daughter suffers from teeth overcrowding. Alastair was very kind and gave excellent advice without pressure.
