This establishment, located in the Sutton Coldfield town centre, is run by Dr. Ashish Dhopatkar, who excel's in orthodontic treatment. This practice specialise in teeth straightening and fixing bite problems. The clinic offers both children and adults a range of braces to select, from its normal fixed style to the recently popular invisible braces. When one comes in they will go through some procedures such as X-Rays, photos or moulds in order for the orthodontists to establish a treatment plan suitable for them.
I was very nervous about the whole process of having braces, but during all my visits and treatment, I was made to feel special, and I felt happy and confident throughout! My teeth are amazing, and I can't stop smiling! I would highly reccommend this practice! Superb with patients, and always smiling!

I was in my forties, feeling very nervous but wanting to have my teeth straightened. Ashish, the Orthodontist was very easy to talk to. He explained all the options and I decided to go for the clear fixed brace. It was on for eighteen months and I have to say that time passed by really quickly. If I had a problem , the receptionist squeezed me in just to get it altered. Nothing was too much trouble. Once the brace was put on, I had to go back every four to six weeks to have it tightened. Initially it felt uncomfortable but I was reassured by the staff that it would settle down. Sometimes I needed to take a paracetamol, but I soon got use to it. The nurses would always fit me in and gave me plenty of practical advice like using wax on the end of the wires and Ashish would trim the wires to stop them from rubbing the gums.Removing the braces was surprisingly simple and the end result was really pleasing. If I had known how straightforward the process was going to beI would of had it done years before! Really positive experience. The staff were really helpful and always listened to any concerns.The receptionist tried to squeeze you in if you had any problems. This week the receptionist managed to get me an emergency appointment to make a new lower retainer and it was made in two days before I went on my holiday. Unfortunately my dog had chewed the original one ! What more can I say!
