From the initial phone call to my last visit, I received the best treatment and dentures at the end. I was so embarrassed with my old denture but plucked up the courage to go in. The very best thing I've done for a long time. Couldn't praise and thank Phil and Denise enough.

My mother attended the clinic for new dentures . What a wonderful couple who own the clinic.

I broke my lower partial denture. My dentist needed a week to get it repaired so I googled “Denture Repairs” near me and came across Confidents in Albert Road Harborne. I phoned a lovely lady answered and I arranged to take my denture in.

It was repaired within an hour. I am so impressed. Such a friendly lady has spotless premises and is very professional. Thank you Confidence. You’re in my phone book now!

After having a really awful time with a denture that was made by a dentist in Stratford upon Avon, I went to confidents denture clinic. What an amazing denture they have made me, it is so comfortable I can ‘eat’ with it and it has restored my confidence, and looks so natural. Such a friendly practice with in-depth knowledge and explanations every step of the way. I would highly recommend them! They are great!

I cannot thank Denise and Phil enough. I went feeling so distressed on how am I going to get through xmas and who can help with broken dentures. I put it off and put it off until I found Confident denture clinic.From the second I walked in I felt like wow I'm going to get help. The immediate warm welcome when I walked in was lovely and so reassuring...Phil put my dentures back, aligning the teeth together to how they was before the breakage. I am now wearing them again with a big smile on my face..well worth the money and I would not go anywhere else..The repair took 2 hours which was great for me and I would highly recommend Phil and Denise..

After the trauma of paying a lot of money for dentures that I simply could not wear without gagging, I found Confidents Denture Clinic. My denture broke on a Friday evening and ringing around to try and get an emergency repair, the only clinic with the courtesy to call back was Confidents. Denise was so kind and helpful and said Phil would see me Saturday morning. He did a fantastic repair for a very competitive price.

After a chat, I decided to start again and have Phil make new dentures for me. After just 4 appointments, I now have a set of comfortable, functional and beautiful-looking dentures. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I suffer from anxiety and both Denise and Phil couldn’t have been kinder, more patient and accommodating.

By profession, I am a senior trainer and facilitator, often training people on customer service, however, there isn’t anything I could have taught them. Denise is like everyone’s best friend, warm, kind and caring. Phil is an absolute craftsman, explains everything in detail and puts you at ease straight away. His work is amazing and he has a brilliant sense of humour which really helped me to relax.

The cost of both a top a bottom partial was a third of the cost I had previously paid.

The clinic is bright, clean and modern.

I am forever grateful to both Denise and Phil.

Whilst putting in my partial denture one of the front tooth came loose and out it went down the drain.. gone …I was devastated!!

I called my own dentist for an emergency denture repair and they gave me the number for Confidents Denture Clinic. I left a message because the clinic was closed. In any case I would have to be fitted in for an appointment and then they would have to take my teeth to be repaired in a laboratory. I have no idea how long I would have been without them and going to work with a gap would have been embarrassing.

I received a call back within the hour after I had exhausted everywhere else advertising on Google that was offering denture repairs but because it was a bank holiday I would have to wait until Tuesday and then the denture would have to be taken away to a lab to be repaired which meant I would have to be without my teeth.

The service I received by Confidents Denture Clinic was God sent. I was treated as an emergency and an opening was made for me to attend first thing the next day. I was quoted two prices over the phone depending on whether the plate was still intact which meant there was no surprises. I was explained the procedure when I arrived and I had the replacement within an hour. I must say the replacement made is much better than what was lost.

I will definitely now have a partial denture made for my teeth from Confidents Denture Clinic instead of my own dentist because they do everything on site and take the best care to match the colour with my own teeth, they even balanced my plate so that my dentures fit my gum perfectly between my teeth without the wobble I came in with at no extra cost. Brilliant, denture clinic and excellent work I 100% recommend !!

This was the most wonderful and easy experience. I was so worried when I first walked in. But, Denise was charming, vivacious and welcoming. Phill was knowledgable, approachable and totally professional. Everything was hygienic and clean. At all stages, they took note of my requirements and worries. I have now ended up, ..... with the best set of dentures that I've ever had!..... And at a very reasonable price. Thank you both. HIGHLY recommended.
