After many many visits to my NHS dental surgery in Neath to have a set of dentures that did not move around when eating my food I contacted Simon at Threeways dental Laboratory in Talbot Green. I now have perfectly fitting dentures and once again can enjoy going to restaurants. I would recommend Simon and Thruways to anyone. After suffering the embarrassment of a front black tooth caused by a root canal gone wrong, which I'd had years ago, and which two previous dentists told me that it couldn't be fixed, and that a crown on my tooth was not possible. I was lucky enough to be taken on as a patient by Advance Dental Care. I was placed with the dentist named Kas, he told me the reason why my tooth had discoloured so badly and explained what treatment he could offer to put things right. So firstly he did a re-route canal, but unfortunately my tooth was so dark that the re-route didn't make a lot of difference. So I went ahead and had the crown - which other dentists said was not possible, and now I have a lovely white crown - which for all the world (matches) looks like my own tooth, and I couldn't be happier. It not only looks great, but has given me my confidence back, and now I'm happy to smile properly again. Also, I'm nervous of dentists, but Kas and the dental assistants made me feel at ease from the beginning. Plus the receptionists are nice and polite, so much so that I'm actually looking forward to going back to arrange a mini plate for my couple of missing back teeth.
I have been attending this practice for 50 years, so I felt it would be appropriate to say ‘Thank you’. Over the decades, I have always received courteous and respectful attention from receptionists and dental staff alike. On the rare occasions when appointments have not been immediately available, attempts have always been made to accommodate me as soon as practicable. Although I have been examined and, when necessary, treated by a number of dentists over the years, I have always felt confident that my dental care is of the highest standard. For the past number of years, this has been administered by extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled staff, including the highly qualified, Dr. Koochek. I hope the next 50 years will be equally as impressive. Thank you.
I recently had 2 root canal treatments with Rhodri and I am so pleased with the results. I booked both treatments back to back and was so surprised at how quickly I recovered from them. I now feel more confident smiling and that makes a great deal of difference to my self confidence. The care given was excellent and things were explained to me which reduced any anxiety that I may have felt. I would highly recommend this practice.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful with a lot of patience, they really put me at ease. Nice practise, even had a TV above the dentist's chair for distraction. Dr was lovely and told me all my options including a referral if that was what I wanted. No pressure at all. Highly recommend this practice.
I was really cared for by the Dentist and the staff. I had leg injuries and have problems with mobility, I was made to feel very safe and cared for. This is my new Dentist now! Very happy with everyone and their care at Glynneath.
