BDS (U Lond)
I graduated from King’s College, London in 1980, and worked in a mixed private and NHS practice on the Sussex coast for nine years, becoming a partner in 1986.
After moving to the Midlands in 1989, I joined Graham's Ruddington practice, before joining the current practice in Radcliffe-on-Trent; at this time I was also working in the music industry as the finance director of a CD manufacturing plant, a post I left in 1997 to concentrate on full time dentistry.
I have always enjoyed working in private family practice, with a strong emphasis on prevention. I particularly like treating several generations of one family, allowing me to more fully understand my patients, and striving to help parents secure a healthy future for their children.
From a dental perspective, I have developed interests in crown and bridge, endodontics (root treatment) and ethical cosmetic dentistry. I am also interested in the newer therapies encompassed at the practice such as the treatment of headaches and snoring.
In January of 2008 I bought the practice from Graham, allowing him to concentrate solely on implantology. At this time I incorporated the business as Dent Blanche Ltd.
