He graduated from the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in Sheffield in 1996, he then completed a foundation training year in general dental practice in Sheffield before moving to Birmingham to complete a second year of general professional training in Birmingham Dental Hospital as a Senior House Officer. After completing this year he moved into full time general dental practice.
