I've been with the clinic at this site around 50 years, through 2 family run practices. Overall these days the care seems to be ok, but the turnover of dentists and dental nurses seems to be rather rapid, all of the older staff disappeared when Genix took over.... As it happens I've just seen the same dentist 3 times in a row, but she is at least the 3rd I've been placed with, and now she and I have been shifted to the practice 2 doors down at 226. Communication is a bit of a letdown though, as we have 3 males of the same family name at this address and any mail, or text messages have no Christian name attached, so we have to get in touch again, and they don't seem to notice that an appointment for a Mr x at a given time is from the same address as you're querying. Bit lack of competence really. All youngsters, that's the problem. Cheap labour I guess. Prices seem ok though.
