So, I was trying to get a root canal sorted on the NHS, but the NHS dentists would not do it because the anatomy of root of the tooth was too complex. After a while of going back and forth between NHS dentists trying to get the best and most suitable treatment, I realised I would have to cough up money if I wanted to avoid having the tooth yanked out.
The treatment, yes very expensive, I was annoyed I was told after I have decided to go ahead with the treatment it was likely I would need a crown in the future. But the treatment itself was expertly done, it was so painless I started nodding off, the dentist was also very professional.
You get what you pay for, it is way more expensive then a NHS dentist. But the dentists are clearly more skilled at this practice, at least the one I had was. Also free coffee and tea in the waiting room, always a bonus.
