I was on the waiting list but only waited a week or two. My first appointment was check-up, first for about three years. It was professional and thorough.
So pleased that I found this practice. The staff are so nice and professional, can thoroughly recommend it.
Audrey was kind. She explained clearly what she was doing what work needed doing and why it needed to be done.
My first trip to this dentist, having moved up from Kent and finding difficulty finding one near my new house in Wymondham. A bit of a way over the other side of the city, but a good first experience and chat with Audrey.

Our hygienists will spend time showing you how to be as effective as possible with your home cleaning. Any surface stains and hard plaque will be removed to make your home cleaning easier and improve the appearance of your teeth. Records are taken of the dental condition and used to monitor progress and set goals for improvement.
If you have long-term or incipient gum problems then you will be encouraged to attend for hygiene visits very regularly. We are aiming to have patients improve their home care to the point that they have no progressing disease and can attend for routine hygiene maintenance and monitoring appointments only.
