Manor Park Dental Practice

I can confidently recommend this dental practice. Each appointment I feel treated with care and the dentist is excellent and explains everything.

I never feel that any treatment is being 'pushed' but that my well-being is paramount.

Dental care advice is also given after treatment.
Very happy with Manor Park and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The practice is changing for the better. There are a couple of new receptionists which are very positive and a real delight to spend time with. The dentists do seem to change often but I have been seeing my dentist for over 5 years and I am happy to say she is still there. I would strongly recommend the practice.

Awful reception staff. Have stuck with them for years because my dentist, Adam, is good. The 6 month wait for a regular appointment coupled with the rude and unhelpful attitude from the receptionists has finally taken its toll and I am taking my family's business elsewhere.

I had my appointment cancelled three times without any apology or offer of a suitable alternative. You just end up resetting the time clock and wait another 6 months!!

They need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Terrible service. The dentists are great, but leave very quickly. The receptionists are awful and the customer service is clearly not a priority. The receptionists are rude and challenging often blaming patients for errors that are obviously theirs. They have cancelled numerous appointments and despite cancelling for their own administrative reasons, do not offer an alternative app instead asking us to call back at another time.

Rude, unapologetic and no longer our dentist after this morning. I must stress - the dentists and hygienists are excellent, it's just impossible to see them via the rude admin staff.
