Always a friendly atmosphere with cheerful staff. Treatment on time.

I called for an emergency appointment, which the receptionist was able to give me for that same morning, the dentist who was new to me was very understanding, she listened to my concerns and took an x-ray, after checking that they did some sensitivity tests. I was reassured that they could not see anything seriously wrong and that they would check again on my next check up which was due in a few weeks. I cannot thank them all enough for the care I was given.

I had a six-month check-up carried out by Ajay Singh Phull. I told him that I had a problem with a back tooth, and he took an X-ray that confirmed the tooth had to come out. I came back the following day and had the tooth removed. He was extremely thorough and very professional. I cannot recommend him enough!

Seen on time and very friendly professional staff as always.

Attended my latest check-up with the dentist and hygienist. Once again very friendly welcome from all the staff and always good advice given.

Hello Sidcup Dental Surgery. my visit was most pleasant as usual , have been a patient for some years now treated kindly by CAROL , and met BUSHRA my dentist for the first time. her manner/treatment/advice was most excellent throughout at my dental inspection and have booked my follow-up treatment with BUSHRA .

Overall excellent experience - From one who isn't fan of dentists - nothing personal.

Was welcomed and treated well by all members of the practice on my visit for routine check-up. Everything was explained to me each step of the way.

Always extremely friendly & welcoming. Recognised as a regular patient which makes you feel valued. Partner has recently joined the practise too & noticed the difference between his previous dentist straight away. They simply saw him as a money machine!

Receptionist Carol is always so friendly, helpful, and understanding, as I have a dental phobia. She is a constant, welcoming face for me when I feel my most distressed. I had an amazing dentist. I don’t know her name, but she only works on Wednesdays. She made me feel secure and tried hard to make me feel comfortable, without making me feel like another patient who hates the dentist! I only give you 3 out of 5, as visiting the dentist is the worst thing in my life, but if I were a regular person, it would be 5 out of 5. 😂😂

A very thorough examination with one or two potential problems being discussed with possible treatment suggestions put forward. All done in a very friendly manner.

I have been using the Sidcup clinic for 40-plus years and recently have to travel some distance to attend appointments.

My yearly check-up. The dentist was very good and thorough. I didn't need any treatment, she just scraped away some plaque as I don't like the drill for this. Very happy with my check-up. I've been attending Sidcup Dental Surgery for a long time and am very happy with them.

I used this clinic because I knew they had a good reputation and I had been on their NHS waiting list for years before I was eventually taken on as an NHS patient.

In mid-March 2024, I attended the surgery for a six-monthly dental check-up, followed immediately by a separate appointment with a dental hygienist.

Coincidentally, I had, a week earlier, chipped a corner from and already extensively filled molar (though it was causing no discomfort).

The dentist repaired the damaged tooth there and then, which was very welcome and efficient. It has given me no trouble since.

I had followed the dentist's previous recommendations to improve my cleaning regimen, and this resulted in the dentist passing comment that my teeth now appeared to have been cleaned better than in the past.

The dentist can clearly offer useful guidance.

The hygienist session was, as usual, slightly uncomfortable (due to sensitivity from past over-brushing), but the hygienist was careful and took trouble to ensure that the process was as pleasant as possible.

The charge was just under £100, which felt about right for the standard of care.
