Dentaprime F3T

They placed one of my implants incorrectly and then charged me £1,500 to fix their mistake. The error was confirmed by their dentist but later denied by the manager. On top of that, they cancelled an appointment made four months in advance with less than 24 hours notice, refusing to compensate me for £450 in non-refundable flight and hotel costs.

They promise great service until you're committed, but after that, it’s a different story. I started my treatment in April 2023, and as of October 2024, it’s still not finished, with at least six more months to go. I'm seriously considering finding another dentist to complete the job.

Absolutely amazing experience. I have a massive dentist phobia, it's taken me a year of talking to these guys to pluck up the courage to have my teeth sorted. All I can say is I wish I had just done it sooner. The staff are amazing and put you at ease right from the get go. If you're thinking g about doing it just go for it, you won't regret it. X

I have just finished my treatment at Dentaprime and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care given to me. I had treatment at Dentaprime and it was a first-class choice. The clinic is spotless and all precautions are taken to keep a healthy place. The base of your shoes is wrapped on arrival and gowns, hats and masks are provided.
The staff are very professional and courteous, the doctors make the implant surgery a comfortable experience and check all the way through things are ok with their patient.

The price is excellent as is the whole team that works there.

It took me several weeks research to find a Dentist that I would be happy with and made my first visit to Dentaprime in June. I am so pleased I did. From the very beginning I was reassured I had made the right choice. All the staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The clinic is super sterile and do everything they can to prevent cross contamination or germs being present, this was evident from when you first walked through the door.

The treatments were very well explained and I was in no doubt they would do what was best for me. I am part way through my implant treatment and have had a sinus lift and bone augmentation and currently have temporary bridge and denture and so looking forward to the final process next year when I get my permanent teeth. Exceptional value for money and quality and almost half the price of many other clinics. Well done all at Dentaprime 100% happy and will recommend to all.

I had implants at Dentaprime very recently. The place was spotless, the staff were amazing, and the doctors that performed the surgery were amazing! It was painless and the end result is great.

Hi everybody wed 5 n 6 may I had 4 implants done at clinic. Travel from Birmingham to London. The implants went well. Next day came back for temporary bridge until I'll be back for permanent teeth. Well my experience so far, this clinic is very clean, well organised lovely staff and professional surgeons. I just can't wait till September meantime I got temporary brige teeth which not comfortable but looking forward September for thin teeth bridge. So far so good. I like recommend everybody travel there and check. Value for money as I'm doing lower jaw implants then if goes good September then start on few upper jaw. Thank u guys.

During quite a long procedure over the last two days I was very grateful for the calm and dignified way that I was treated for problems with my sinus and teeth going back over 40 years. Dentaprime correctly diagnosed the problems, which three other professional surgeries did not, and started my treatment this week

The premises are spotlessly clean and the staff work hard to make sure that it stays that way. Their COVID19 precautions are of a high standard and the equipment is state of the art. My wife is going to have teeth sorted out by Dentaprime too
