I had intensive treatment performed by Adam after damage done to my upper teeth and gums/bone by a previous dentist. A sinus lift, bone graft, implants and crowns. All done without a sedative - only the usual injections in the mouth. (You can choose to have a sedative of course). I felt absolutely no pain during the many procedures over several months. After each operation I did exactly what Adam advised in regards to pain management. Again, I was pain free 24/7.
All treatments were successful with no infection present. I am thrilled to bits with the results - I never have to think about them in anyway. I use a waterpic water flosser and clean my teeth twice a day. It's nearly 3 years later, I have my regular check ups and clean; no treatments/fillings required since!
