She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2004, and have been good friends ever since! They have been providing general dental care in and around Glasgow for the last 12 years. Between them they have looked after patients in Kilsyth, Cardonald, and then simaltaneously in the West End where they worked as associates together in sister practices. Since November 2011, they have taken ownership of, and are delighted to be looking after Springburn Dental Practice, where all existing and new patients are welcomed. She have an interest in treating nervous patients, and are committed to providing an environment where their patients feel relaxed, and at ease. They also promote a very open approach to discussing treatment planning, and believe that their patients should understand and be happy with all aspects of their dental care. Where patients may need a little more help to relax, we can offer Intravenous sedation, regularly accepting referrals from practices who do not offer this facility. We currently have cases referred in from Maryhill, Falkirk, Lenzie, Stepps, Rutherglen, Glasgow City Centre, Bishopbriggs, Dennistoun and even Dunfermline. She is a members of SAAD - the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry, and have been providing intravenous sedation for many years. She is currently in her third year of mentoring on the West of Scotland Sedation Pilot scheme..which hopes to train more dentists to use sedation and safely implement it in their practices. She also provides sedation sessions in other practices as a visiting sedationist. She has trained new graduates previously, entering vocational training , and has an interest in difficult or wisdom tooth extraction, most often advised under sedation. She is also an elected member of the Glasgow North LDC (local dental committee). She is trained in, and enjoys offering non-surgical facial rejuvenation, using anti wrinkle injections and hyaluronic acid fillers.
