Received a phone call around 90 minutes before appointment to be informed that they are cancelling because the practitioner no longer performs this service. I work in London and was already on my way home, wasted half a day, and am having to make up the hours over the weekend for nothing!

He is also qualified in dental sedation to help nervous patients become dentally fit.
