He combines skill and professionalism with kindness and sensitivity

5 50 New Patient Dental Examination

Having had a problematical dental history and more recent specific issues, St Dunstan’s dental practice was recommended to me a few years ago by a professional. I have been delighted with their services since then.
Ian Small has done extensive reconstruction work for me and the results are first-rate, my appearance is much improved. He combines skill and professionalism with kindness and sensitivity, explaining all options carefully.
Christina Campbell, my hygienist, is charming and has worked extensively to keep my teeth in top condition.
I have also, because of the nature of the work required, consulted with Mr Bhatti and Mr Williams both of whom were most helpful.
I may add that all auxiliary staff and receptionists have been unstintingly pleasant and considerate.
In short, I would recommend this practice very highly.

The service and care are outstanding

4.5 50 Dentist Consultation

I have been most fortunate to be a patient at St Dunstan’s Dental Practice since 1991.
The service and care are outstanding. Mr. Small is an excellent dentist who is both very patient and kind. I feel just lucky to be one of his patients.
The dental practice itself is both welcoming and comfortable, with also efficient and caring staff.

Thank you for your care, and consideration

5 50 Extractions

After being referred to the practice, for a tooth extraction on 08/08/2023, I underwent this extraction which was obviously more difficult than expected. However, after 5 days my extraction appeared to have healed well. Thank you for your care, and consideration.

My treatment was well explained and pain-free

5 50 Dentist Consultation

Felt compelled to review! What a practice!

If you are fortunate enough to register, the experience is second to none.
I have the normal phobia's visiting the dentist. The treatment I have received when in either the dentist's or the hygienist chair is faultless.

In the dentist's chair, I found myself staring at the tasteful digital photos scrolling, as well as watching a turtle dove feeding off a bird table in the tranquil gardens, all this, while Ian (Ian Small) was probably busy hacking into a live nerve. My treatment was well explained and pain-free! as well as the post-treatment, which included visual evidence i.e. x-rays to provide for a well-informed process. Further treatment with the hygienist Sam (Sam Davidson), was calming and again, so informative. What a rewarding experience! as my teeth looked like they just stepped out of a salon (the Air polish treatment - wow!).

The dental assistants for both my treatments were super-efficient and would put an F1 pit team to shame.

I would also give a shouting out to the administrative team, who have always been courteous and welcoming with callbacks, bookings etc. maintaining the lofty standards of service delivery.

BRAVO!!!

He exhibited total competence and with an ease that was breathtaking throughout

Root Canals, Dental Bridges, Dental Implants

After years of neglect, there was a lot of work required on my teeth. A full and informative consultation with Dr Bhatti made it easy to select the best course of treatment. From root canal work through to bridges and implants, Dr Bhatti undertook a gamut of dental procedures in which he exhibited total competence and with an ease that was breathtaking throughout. To have such extensive work and not really know it absolutely confounded me, If I'm honest.

I cannot rate Dr Bhatti too highly; an absolute professional and a bit of an artist too!

An excellent practice all around. From the receptionists and dental assistants to the hygienists, I can and do recommend it.

After completing the treatment, the feeling is of satisfaction and contentment

5 50 Dentist Consultation

I have been a regular patient at St. Dunstan's for more than 7 years. Twice yearly, I travel from Surrey to St Dunstan's and Canterbury. I have been treated by a gentle and a very competent Dental Surgeon Aisha AL-Shawaf.

Throughout all this time, treatment has been superb which makes it worthwhile to travel from Surrey.

True in every dental treatment, one feels psychologically and physically uncomfortable, after completing the treatment, the feeling is of satisfaction and contentment.

When I enter, reception friendly, polite and engaging. Throughout the clinic, it is clean spotless clean. Always found a place to park within short walking distance.

No pain, no fear and fabulous results

5 50 Teeth Whitening, Fillings, Veneers

An amazing adventure into modern dentistry!
I have recently completed a series of treatments at St Dunstans Dental Practice.
After a thorough and informative consultation with my new dentist Dr. Bhatti, I decided on a series of treatments to improve my much maligned teeth, and so began my journey into modern dentistry.
Over four separate appointments I had professional teeth whitening, three standard fillings, a built up tooth to fill an annoying gap, and composite veneers on my four front teeth, and throughout each appointment I didn't feel a thing!
At all times I was treated with complete professionalism. Dr Bhatti gave excellent advice and a choice of options with absolutely no pressure. He was charming and patient and dealt with my endless queries with full explanations of each treatment.
I never thought I would actually look forward to going to the dentist, but this was an amazing experience with no pain, no fear and fabulous results.
I would thoroughly recommend this Dental Practice to anyone needing regular, specialist or cosmetic dental surgery.

I have been with this dental practice for many years and have always had great confidence in them and their excellent reputation in the dental world.
However I am a believer in "leave well alone" and consequently haven't been for a few years.
The interior hasn't changed, nor the professional and friendly service, but the range of modern dentistry on offer is amazing, with a team of highly trained dentists specialising in a range of new and exciting treatments.
If only all dentists were this good!
