Amazing first experience! This was my first initial appointment. From the receptionist to meeting my new dentist, they made me feel welcomed and put me at ease. I have been a patient here for more than two years now. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. The appointment times were kept sharply. The staff is polite and supportive. I started two years ago with emergency teeth extractions followed by bone grafting and a temporary bridge. I had 19 months of top and bottom braces to correct my teeth alignment and I am very happy with the result so far. The treatment plan was discussed and rediscussed at every stage, before and after pictures were taken and the end result is shockingly good. I give five stars on the score sheet, and the holistic approach they treat a patient is really fascinating: it makes you rethink many aspects of your life... During the coronavirus -era government guidelines are strictly followed and PPEs used accordingly, hygiene is top class.
I cannot praise Vijay and his staff enough. I have been a patient for a few years now always feel that nothing is any effort and always discuss procedures and treatment plan. After 2 long years (COVID restrictions) I had my new implants finally fitted yesterday and I am over the moon. Can’t stop smiling as very confident in the aesthetics. Vijay has done an amazing job. His support from his staff is second to none. Will be having more work done in the not so distance future. As they praise where praise is due. Thanks again to Vijay and his team.
My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!!
